The super nice team. Breakfast had lovely offerings and the kitchen staff were very nice.
I encountered a problem with the hot water shower. It worked unpredictably. The checkout process lacked assistance with luggage. There was no trolley, so I had to carry everything to the car myself.. This proved quite inconvenient.

the staff was very helpful. they also quickly arranged a taxi for us.
The internal soundproofing was really bad. i heard doors slamming and voices from other rooms often. the shower pressure was also not good. It was really weak.
